Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Ink'd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing & Production
All products are custom-made to order. Production begins only after:

Full payment is received, and

Final artwork and order details are approved by the customer.
Production times vary by product and quantity and are provided as estimates only.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using third-party carriers such as [UPS, FedEx, USPS, or others]. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are selected at checkout or provided in your invoice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. Ink'd is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather conditions

Supply chain disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Events beyond our control
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Ink'd is not liable for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

Packages delivered to an incorrect location provided by the customer
Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is shipped. Ink'd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier pickup.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. Claims must include:

Photographs of the damaged items

Photos of the packaging

Order number and details
Approved claims may result in replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.
7. Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages or partial shipments depending on product availability. This does not affect total shipping charges unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address information or failure to receive delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees. Returned packages do not qualify for refunds.
